With the LilleSterk training app, Lillestrøm municipality offers a training program and training videos for free to its residents. We want to inspire more physical activity in everyday life - every minute counts! Our focus is low-threshold physical activity, and reaching those who have not been very active before. Through the app, you also get tips on hiking opportunities and training parks in the municipality, as well as links to useful information on the municipality's Inbyggerportal. The aim is for more residents to achieve the recommendations from the health authorities for at least 20 minutes of physical activity every day. Physical activity has a number of positive effects on health. In the app, we also have a selection of exercises and training films adapted to senior citizens, in accordance with the advice that strength and balance training should be part of the physical activity of everyone over 65.
