This is the official Norwegian application for verification of COVID-19 certificates. The application is intended for use in Norway, and is authorized and developed by The Norwegian Institute of Public Health.
The application has functionality to check that the COVID-19 certificate is valid by scanning the QR code in the COVID-19 certificate using the camera on the device. The information collected during the scan is displayed to the controller, but it is not forwarded and is not stored on the device.
COVID-19 certificate is not required unless stated in law or regulations. The use of a COVID-19 certificate ceases when the level of infection and vaccination indicates that there is no longer a need for restrictions.
