Myworkout 4x4 is the cardio exercise solution for adults who want a time-efficient way to live in good health with freedom from lifestyle diseases. Brought to you by the creators of the Norwegian 4x4 method.

A monthly recurring premium subscription is required for premium features and is available as an in-app purchase once you have registered an account. The subscription will automatically renew each month and will be charged through your app store account unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The app uses your phone's GPS to track your position during use. Continued usage of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Myworkout 4x4 can be used to both export activities to and import activities from Apple Health.
