Worked brilliantly, and great UX, until one morning it just stopped working - couldn't rake payment. Updated the app, still nothing. Tried removing the card (which I'd been using all along, and still works fine elsewhere) to 're-add it, but can't do that either now. The customer service lady in the Router building outside Oslo S couldn't explain it or help me with it, just said it must be a bug from their updated systems. So this went from being great to being completely useless, which is a big shame.
Trying to use a US Visa debit card and when trying to put in the card information it tells me the transaction has failed. I'm sure it's a wonderful app but I can't figure out why it won't accept my card.
Stood hiding under a shelter from the rain trying to use the app, ended up walking because the transaction failed according to the app and yet the charge is on the card. Very disappointing.
Grei app, men burde hatt widget for å vise gjeldende billett så sparer man tid ved billettkontroll.
En bra app, men det burde være mulig å lagre app'en på SD-kort. Dette er mulig med mange andre app'er hvor sikkerhetsutfordringene burde være langt større. Derfor bare tre stjerner.
Problem related to Visa payment. Lot of users point out this problem but no action has been taken, shame on you.
