After mobile upgrade all my monthly ticket and to restore i am trying to call them and already waster around 15Nok waiting for someone to pick my phone. No other choice around here but this app is quite a waste of your time and use it for daily use only
It was so disappointing that this app still doesn't take US cards. Seems like the UX is nice and a friend from another (EU) country recommended it for using offline tickets, but effectively useless.
We're unable to make payments using both our Visa and MasterCard, the error message transaction failed keeps coming up. This occurs across both the Android and iOS app. In addition we're unable to register for Vipps because that requires a national ID number...
Etter reinstallasjon av telefonen så oppfører denne appen seg rart. Kjøpte 2 billetter i går, ingen av de ble vist i appen,men pengene ble trukket fra vipps. Den første billetten var 24timers billett, den andre var enkeltbillett fordi jeg ikke fant 24t billetten. Ved forsøk på å gjenopprette app så stopper appen uten videre. Håper dere får fikset dette.
Total garbage used it about 10 times then I got error message unninstall and download again didn't have my bank card on me so I had to get off again don't tell me you have 50% quotas to fulfill so you're employing women who are useless at tech, pathetic
Couldn't buy tickets ... tried different cards and combinations but always unsuccessful.
