About this app

Finally: Everything you need to ride public transport, all in one app. You can plan your journey, buy a ticket and set up a personal profile when you ride with us. With the Ruter app, you can also:
• See departures in real time
• Save places you visit often
• See how crowded the bus is in real time
• Filter modes of transport
• Get relevant service disruption information
• Find the nearest available city bike
• See how long it takes to bike or walk

If you set up a personal profile:
• Tickets, history and favourites will be safely stored with us – even if you change phones
• We can offer you quicker and more convenient customer service

This is just the beginning of the new app – we’ll finish it together. More and better features will be available in the future.

It's a decent app except for 2 things, and those are important (therefore only 2 stars). 1) No notifications. My phone allows all notifications and all notifications on the app is on, but it still fails to give notifications. Got a fine due to the app not saying my period ticket had expired. 2) Sometime the route finder omits departures and options for traveling from A to B.

Just an awful app. Forcibly updated the old, usable app into this horribly designed thing. The main functions are hidden, it aggressively asks to track you and it takes twice to three times as long to use as the old version. No idea why they forced the change, but they should really consider rolling it back, or at least offering the usable design as an alternative.

Awful. Very awkward and unintuitive if you want to buy a ticket! Some time later: I've used the app for a month or so now, so I've gotten used to it, but there are massive problems. If you click on a station to find out departure times, you cannot use the same view to buy a ticket. You also have to know which zone you're in and travelling to, as that information is assumed knowledge! Next, if you want to see when a ferry is leaving next Sunday, it's not possible! Only good for regular commuters.

What's new

The days are getting brighter – and the app too. We've adjusted the colors slightly and removed most of the shadows.
