Just downloaded the app. I registered on my computer no problem, so when I tried to log in via the app says problem with the password please contact support!!! By looking at previous posts there does not appear to be any sort of support. Come on get your act together and address this issue or else people won't bother and you will lose business. A reply from you developers would be welcome by me and by the looks of it many others too!
Unable to log in yet again with my new card. Never mind I'll wait until next year's card and try again. Waste of time even customer support can't get it right, how do I do a screen shot?
Not much choice in Durham fairly new using this but every little helps and most staff I have come across are knowledgeable about me able to use it. Which is most important. I feel I am checking out restaurants I would of not gone to or finding intresting and wish to try.
Installed and reinstalled several times, can't log on as app crashes. Not been able to use my card ever as no app to find restaurants
Absolutely Awful - crashes whenever I try and login and keeps rejecting my details for login which I know are 100% correct. App is pointless.
What rubbish doesn't work and cannot even log in to get my digital tastecard on my phone after all it is meant to be digital!!! #HardCopyNeeded
