Don't even try the trial! Nightmare to get off the subscription once you're in you're never getting out! The customer service just send terms and conditions paragraphs showing they are just a group of legal idiots who spend their time working out how to make it impossible for people to get out! The customer service team are as rude as they come as well!
Ridiculous The concept is not bad but if you want to unsubscribe you have to CALL them as they "can't process it via email"... to me, that sounds quite silly and a waste of time.
Really gone down with regard to choice of restaurants. As for the Taste+ (for which I have had to pay extra) - do your homework, hotels and other offers I have looked at I have found on average at least10% cheaper elsewhere.
Need to update participating restaurants. Went to one today but refused to take card advising they are no longer in partnership with Taste card. Quite frustrating.
Cannot log in. Every time I try to log in with my Google account the app crashes. I only have the app, no actual card, so now the tastecard is useless to me.
Uninspiring Trying to find a participating restaurant is hard enough and this app only marginally helps make this process easier. Taste is a great concept but due to availability limitations its lost it's appeal.
