Totally disappointed with the service. While trying to do partial withdrawal from my tier 1 account at the last step I am writing both the otp, but my request doesn't get accepted. I had raised a grievance. I got a reply that the problem is solved but it is not the case. Problem still persists. Also while talking with their customer care these people don't have any clue. They simply say everything fine try again or do write a mail once again. Pathetic service. Totally disappointed.

The app has a decent interface and overall concept, but there are some persistent issues that significantly affect usability. Firstly, whenever I click on "View Investment", it consistently shows the error message: "Unable to fetch details from system, please try again!". This happens every time, making it impossible to access important investment information. Secondly, selecting "Tier I" simply displays "No Data", which is quite frustrating.

I am not able to download the transaction statement. App is just showing notification, Statement is downloaded. Please check your download folder. But there is no file. One more feedback there should be an option to show the details per contribution i.e.what was the NAV, how much units accumulated in that contribution?

Hi , To manage your contributions, use the NPS App. Log in to view your total contributions, broken down by Tier I and Tier II. You can also make new contributions and review past payments. Need help? call us at 1800 2100 080
