Rules for using Azerishik mobile app

1. OTP one time registration code comes after user login with phone number. After entering the code, he enters the program.

2. In the opened window, data for registration (Serial, license number, FIN code) is entered. The correctness of personal data is checked, the pin code is set, and the pin code is entered again. It then asks for fingerprinting. Then the population subscriber type is selected. The mobile application is accessed by entering the 15-digit subscriber code. The accuracy of the data is checked.

3. The main page presents information about debt, consumption, and all payments in the last payments section.

4. Information about monthly energy consumption is obtained through the menu of recent readings.

5. Information can be obtained in a short time by recording questions related to "Azerishiq" OJSC from the chat section.

6. Payment is made for the current debt from the Pay menu.

7. Personal information, Change Pin code, subscriber codes, payment history 199 Call center, Touch ID section are available in the profile menu in the More section.

7.1. The correctness of the information is checked in the personal information section.
