Not 911 is a multi-city list of community-based groups that offer preventative services and strategies for issues related to mental health, homelessness, legal aid and other topics. 



Our goal is to connect you with resources that can help you resolve a problem before it becomes a crisis requiring police intervention.

These are not organizations that should be used in a life-threatening emergency. If someone is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

Ratings and reviews

Great idea for an app! It would be even more helpful if there was a short description/ explanation of the different agencies under each tab with a clarification about what they do and which place is best to call in different situations.

What an amazing app. I love the idea of being able to call a social worker who specializes in the specific field and is better trained to help, rather than a police officer who could be either less equipped to deal with that certain scenario or who's rpesence could make the problem worse.

Wonderful idea to have all these resources at our fingertips. Would be nice if these categories could be customizable to locations all over the US
