Ratings and reviews

Just got a notification that my password doesn't meet the latest guidelines. That means ASB is storing our passwords in plain text. That's a big security no no. I guess they also missed other security tips like not forcing stupid complexity rules that make passwords harder for people to remember and easier for computers to guess so people end up writing them on post-it notes. They don't send you notifications when money comes into your account though. Known recipients are not first on the list.

why does the app and online faster classic play up in the early morning won't let me login says something gone wrong .and sometimes it doesn't show the day you want to see your transactions like the actual day that it is .and its never shows the same day transactions all in a row they are always all over the place which I dont like at all .you cant see whats gone out and what balance you should have its confusing...

rubbish app. it always shows service unavailable try again later. it is challenging when I'm trying to transfer money to my checking account. it's a banking app ffs. it should work all the time.
