• Always remember to log out and update your device to the newest version of Android
• Never store your BNZ access number or password on your device 
• Never allow other people to access your mobile device using Touch ID, Face ID, or device password 
• Mobile data is required to access the BNZ app
• Use of the BNZ app is subject to the Internet Banking Terms and Conditions (https://www.bnz.co.nz/about-us/governance/terms-and-conditions/internet-banking)
• Spend tracker is available with a personal BNZ credit card or transaction account, including joint transaction accounts.
• Non-personal accounts like family trust or business accounts won’t show in the spend tracker.

Ratings and reviews

This app works great but BNZ, ASB and ANZ have all introduced biometric and cross-app data harvesting, all in the name of improved security. I'm sure they all really need to know I don't use Facebook and only use Trade-me... occasionally... Fill ya boots peeps!

app is good..but when I called bnz to block my account due to compromised security I had to listen to 10 minutes of auto attendant droning on while my bank account could have been emptied..!!!

nothing you do is private, tracking everything including all those around you. they clam it's for your safety, but it's only to get data off you and all those you come in contact with. it's dangerous intrusive, and creepy. Time to change banks
