Nice & simple app with some good features, particularly like they don't force biometric security to use (unlike another bank that I ended up uninstalling their app as a consequence - I want the choice - not to be nudged or compelled!), thank you Co-Operative Bank for treating me like an adult - long may that last! UPDATE: Now rating 1 star due to surveillance nonsense now imposed upon me when making a regular bill payment!!!

Normally a great app, but recently my accounts pages won't load. I've deleted cache and storage, and also reinstalled the app, but I can't get past the infinity loading screen. My internet banking works fine on my PC, but the app won't let me do more than see my account balances and check messages. This is annoying, cos otherwise it's a great app.

good for over 50 years , until this week , when 2 auto payments were canceled without my knowledge & which no explanation . Statements stopped in March for some reason , not of my doing . W.T.F., is going on ? - all these good years , and now , it's like the wheels are falling off the machine .

What’s new

We’ve made it easier to manage your term deposits, you can now maintain them directly in the mobile app, including updating your maturity instructions and interest payout account. Plus, a few small enhancements and bug fixes behind the scenes.
