Thanks James from EOL for the explanation. Apparently my unit still used an old meter that is not fit with the new technology hehehe... Great response guys, keep up the good work. Thank you. Issue solved - (More than 4 times i did uninstall and install again but yet still cannot have the usage display. Only bill and LPG. May be the important thing is the bill for you so your customer know how much they have to pay instead of knowing how much they spent. I already email to email@example.com and they said will fix this issue. So please fix it. Thank you.)
Not working as designed App is not working...doesn't show daily usage like it used to. There's really no point in an app that can only tell me what my total is at the end of the month - I get an email to give me that information. What I want to see and monitor is what power I am using daily...please
Cannot log on Have used the app for a few months now. Past few days later cannot log on as all it says is UNKNOWN ERROR. not once did the company sort this out even though l am sure they would get error messages there end. In the past few months had 25% of the readings estimates instead of actuals - so NOT impressed. App should include Gas readings too as this is purchased with power through the same company. So total waste of time.... today 03/09/2016 i cannot log onto the app. Keeps saying Email and Password incorrect
Keep coming up with "network connection error" tried with both WiFi and my own data and it still won't work. Nothing wrong with my data or WiFi so obviously it's the app... how am I meant to check my bill. Also haven't had it emailed to me?
I have been using this app for months now and all of a sudden its started telling me error please try again. I have uninstalled app and reinstalled but that didnt help. Please fix this asap or I will be changing power complanies. Thanks
Load of bullocks. What's the point in having an app that's apparently not even accurate. New 'smart meter' reading is over $100 dollars more of what the app has told us it is. So the information is apparently useless according to the customer service rep. So what's the point.
