Great that you can see spot prices and your bill. A number of things could improve the app. 1 - price page is landing page, not emissions 2 - pricing history, so you can see where best time to turn on appliances is. 3 - settings page buttons are so unresponsive when I select an option it takes up to a minute to toggle...
Talks about transparency but won't show live current price just a graph. Also how about showing some historical data so you can plan the highs and lows. There was no forecast for the next four hours so hard to plan. Never gave an app one star until now.
Terrible app. When they signed us up they made a mistake, and even though it was fixed, the app won't show the current price or how much we have spent this week. Very frustrating, and hasn't been fixed over the past weeks. You guys really should look at your ratings and change your app accordingly, you have the most low ratings of any app I have installed, and it seems to be for good reason. Maybe you would get more customers if you had better ratings? Just a thought.
They are trying to have transparent pricing, but don't offer detail data that they collect every 2 hours. Why can't I get a graph of what I've used, or if that's too difficult for them give me a dam csv file and I'll do it myself. What's the best they won't even reply to this.
The app should first show pricing of current hour or how much power or how much is the current bill. The app should give real time update on power consumption or update at least within 24 hours. And please add consumption by hourly for last 7 days so consumers monitor usage.
Please add some charts showing: daily price profile (eg yesterday's, and the typical for month, so that we can understand peak and low demand periods), and power usage per day in billing history. Thx
