About this app

The Releases app will revolutionize the way that you, our Instructor Team, learn the latest release content. With the launch of Releases, you will be able to use the new mobile app to stream releases videos and music straight to their smart device.

NOTE – This app is for current Les Mills instructors and should not be used by consumers. If you are looking to do Les Mills workouts at home, search for LES MILLS ON Demand in the app store / Google Play.

Other features include:

- Download your favorite releases in offline mode. Now you can watch the masterclass and listen to the latest music offline, anywhere
- Watch the masterclass video whilst reading your choreography notes simultaneously
- Discover what’s new in fitness research and teaching with a dedicated Education section

Ratings and reviews

The les mills app is not android friendly. There is a direct correlation between the updates and my inability to assess the music. Often times, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just for the music to play. Please do something about this. It's not fair I'm being charge every 6 weeks for music I can even assess when I need it for classes.

I have had the Les Mills Sprint app for a couple years now and it continues to stop working during class or completely shuts off. Then every quarter when I pay for a new release, it's a nightmare getting it downloaded onto my phone. Not to mention I have to Uninstall the app then re-download all 25 of my releases Again. Why am I jumping through hoops for an app I'm paying for that DOES NOT WORK 80% of the time? Your revenue stream should be able to hire an IT GURU to fix this once and for all!

The app does have some great features but bugs in the last few months have been irritating. I am plagued on Android (Samsung Galaxy) with the inability to download releases within the app without first going into the app settings, clearing the cache followed by forcing an app restart. This works every time to allow the download functionality to work again. App version 5.3.6. As a programmer I have tried all the technical tweaks outside of the app to no avail. Plenty of phone storage space!
