If you order and they are unable to find a driver, the food will not be prepared until a driver is found - great in theory although if you decide to go with a different app menulog will not refund you due to the fact that the order is being made, despite the fact that the order is definitely not being made. I do not appreciate being held hostage. Extremely disappointing.

Worst service ever! I just have it a second chance, as they sent some vouchers for me to come back but I'm definitely deleting it for good. The food never arrived. Twice!!! The first time I asked for a voucher and repeated the order, ok. But now the restaurant is already closed and I'm hopping to see the refund on my bank account. If not I don't know what I am supposed to do!

The worst! Ordered good here and it was really bad food. Bad, expired meat that I couldn't eat and I couldn't get a refund or any sort of compensation not even compassion- talking about "the restaurant's recipe" when the meat it's is EXPIRED and smells bad with white stuff on it. No refund, no resolution of any kind. Just move on.
