Careful when paying with credit card. Went to top up with my credit card and it said i had entered the wrong details so i did it again and it with the same details and it worked but then checking balance the first transaction had gone through. Thats theft in my book
This is the worst app ive ever used, which is ridiculous considering its for a service you pay for. DONT use credits cards in this app as it frenquently says your card has declined but takes the money out anyway, essentialy stealing from you. GLOBUG you need to hire new people to make this app as these devs clearly have no idea what they are doing.
We are being forced to use this app after paying good money for the display unit. This app is broken, all I get is unavailable across the top. I don't hold much hope of it being fixed anytime soon, a lady's comment below says she's been complaining for a yr it's broken
NOTHINGS DONE SINCE I LAST REVIEWED THIS APP IN JAN 2017! When making payment via internet banking the selections are so tiny - unable to zoom in to select which bank, agree etc. Also power usage section daily, weekly and monthly update is not giving accurate information. Please update this?!!
why wont it show my account balance keeps saying something went wrong try again this happens way to often and we paid good money for the display unit which is now useless with no offer of refund or credit on our power account not cool
as hopeless as the actual power provider.looking at changing to different supplier today.globug is a rip off.UPDATE, I urge anyone thinking of joining globug to do their homework.I switched from them and i'm saving $3-$5 per day now! I was getting my daily usage on app by 9am...yes,for that day! it makes no sense and the lady I spoke to confused herself trying to dig her way out of it.think twice.
