Issues at least half the time with ordering on this app. The delivery part is stellar. 300$ dollar order unable to proceed due to being unable to bypass the age verification screen...So the next day ...they raised the prices from the trolley price from 300$ to 354$ overnight unable to purchase the offered price. Highly dishonest practices.

On the plus side you no longer need an app to be able to shop (I downloaded this and then uninstalled once I realised), just go to the New World website and sign in. The downside is an even more heavy and clunky shopping experience than the app ever was. Using the website is so much slower and not the most straightforward experience. Also very surprised that you still cannot see individual product information like ingredient list, nutritional values, and where the product comes from.

Hi, im not sure what's going on with your app but its timing me out before I can log in, and alot of other customers are having the same issue. This is highly aggravating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled only to have the same thing happen, please fix this.
