constantly getting locked out of app had 3 or 4 times where I was locked out for so long I ended up having to pay late fees that I should have had to,if I was able to get into the app I could have laid them on time,tried to get help with it but you end up talking to the a robot that has about 3 responses. not happy at all,gone from a 5 star to a 1 star really quick.

I really Enjoyed the app and the prices limit and its a great help with hardship if need to use it. They are understanding with my accout app. I start with zip a long time ago. Stopped and started. When it came out. And i will continue to use the app with zip. Big Call-out Thank you. Keep up the great help and support. eg I had a problem with my bank card needed a new one. Zip came up with the Plan with my account and i pay the bills. Work it out. low limit Helps alot buy more when Can do it.

Easy to use the app everything in one place i would of given a 5 star but Zip is leaving us am very sad about that.
