Ratings and reviews

I love RNZ but this app can be frustrating. For the 2nd time in about 6 weeks it has frozen and won't let me in and I am unable to listen to the radio live or recorded content. Then I have to reinstall the app to listen to the radio. Also if I am listening to a podcast in my car, each time i have to stop at a destination it obviously stops the recording but on resuming my drive the recording goes back to the beginning again rather than resuming where I left off.

I have lowered my rating because the app is increasingly redirecting to browser for article content rather than showing it natively in the app. Also the app sometimes won't close via swipe so I am forced to kill it, annoying. otherwise is good. Using Xiaomi A2 + android 10. Please add these features: 1) support for dark mode. 2) ability to sync my bookmarks with PC (RNZ website).

This has become my default news app however one annoying thing is the way the home page/screen displays the "Top news" then as you scroll down through the other sections you see all the same articles repeated. my advice would be that if an article reaches the "Top news" spot, hide it from the other parts of the home screen. It limits the articles shown and make you feel like things are on repeat....
