No go on my Samsung s5 but now a goer on Samsung S4 Note. Now everything works, online topup, balance check and real time fare. Old comment may still be true for S5.... Short cut opens a white pane with a red banner at top. In white is the title snapper and a left arrow. The whole pane fails to respond to touch. The only way to exit.is with the Samsung back button.
All I wanted to do was check the balance of my snapper card but I have to sign up for an account. Seriously!? Stop wasting my time. Uninstalled! In this age of having to create an account for everything, it would be breath of fresh air to be able to access the basic functionality of something without having to jump through this hoop. I don't have to sign up for an account to ride the bus or get my cards balance in a shop. Why is my phone special?
Good app and service. Called the support centre as soon as something went wrong with the app and eventually with their help I figured out the problem was at my end and the top up and so on is back to working properly again. Thanks team.
The worst app I've used in a long time First time using the app, there were no instructions on how to start. The process of registering my card was unclear and failed. Most of the services returned errors. Bad usability overall.
makes it so easy topping up from your phone on the go. Sometimes the system takes awhile to read the card so comes up error for several attempts
Worst app ever Every time I try to download and use this app it comes up with a plain screen with a mobile on it, I hold my snapper to it and it does nothing then 20 minutes later will start messing with my phone creating all sorts of noises. The help section is no use as I have none of the screens they write about available to me. Then finally it registers my card takes my.money and doesn't put it on the snapper!
