The old app design worked fine, it was simple and never gave me any issues checking my usage or letting me change things. The new app doesn't work at all, and I have no way of tracking my usage. I am probably going to switch providers at this rate.
Bloody hopeless can't log in an all I want to know is my talking minutes. Can't even call 333 as it tells me your not available. So I'm telling you that if I've gone over my talking mins. I Will not be paying. Plus I will change to another network.
Ok so I'm fine with the app itself, when it works. However, I've noticed lately that almost every night the servers are down so I can't check my data usage or anything. For someone who works night shift, its kind of important for this app to work at all hours of the day. It's been 3 days since I've been able to use this, and all I've been getting is a message saying "oops, something went technically wrong".
Preferred the old design. This app tells me it is not installed when I try to use it! But it is definitely installed lol. So I cannot use it. Tried to submit my feelings on the app which I have to go into play store to do. Totally weird app. Not working for me at all.
Worst update in the history of updates. Won't let me pay my bill, and keeps asking me to login and enter my account number, which I naturally haven't memorised. Absolutely useless.
This app is garbage now. I shouldn't have to play 20 questions just to check how much data I've used. Should go back to how it was 3 or 4 updates ago.
