To access all the app features, make sure you sign in with your MySpark details. It’ll be your email address and password. If you haven’t registered, you can once you’ve downloaded the app.

The app requests for contacts access only to populate the names when you have multiple lines under your account. This appears at the top of the dashboard. Users who manage the entire family's lines under their account find it useful to differentiate by name instead of having to look at the number.
