I Don't like the updates. Has gone from a very basic, easy and simple app to follow, to an app with a fancy/modern layout. I'm also finding myself pressing more buttons just to find what I'm looking for. I will get use to the app but I don't feel a modern and updated look works for everything. This app being simple and basic was just fine, however it is now complex for older age groups (such as my parents who are confused so i have to teach them how to use the app again). Definitely a step backwards on this update.
Not happy with this version. We have two phones on our plan and now I get both. I don't want to see the other one when I am looking for my info. And my phone isn't even first. Sick of logging in every time I try to do something. Had to go back to play store to leave feedback. Wouldn't work within the app. I was given the option to use the previous version but didn't work. Now stuck with an app I don't find user friendly or simple like the old version. Not good.
Update is complete garbage and double charged me. Has 30 as the default top up, I accidentally clicked top up before quickly pressing back and an error popped up. Then I topped up my usual 19 and worked fine. Ended up putting through both top ups! Absolute BS, new app is far worse, hate it
Don't like it. Old version was easy to follow and I could manage everything without having to deal with overseas automatons. I tried to get rid of an "Extra" and couldn't. Stopped auto top up on the old extra and the bloody thing still topped up. The automaton, after I explained what I wanted, asked if I wanted to add the old extra. Wtf? Tried on website to remove and stupid thing sent me in circles to two different login screens. Also the old app just disappeared and when I downloaded the Spark App, I realised it had changed to the current crap.
EASILY TRIGGERS unwanted future PURCHASES unless you're VERY CAREFUL New App layout is terrible: they persist in including one-off purchases in among the regular stuff and sending you reminder messages: it's even worse now as it's easy to trigger them again just by scrolling through and it takes time to reverse the process. They just ignore your feedback. A horrible app and phone "service". NOTE THEY CAN TAKE TWO DAYS TO PROCESS A TOP UP PAYMENT. + The data update on the app is usually woefully behind what you have done.
Hate new version especially for landline-linked account. Vaguely ok for prepaid. Why change what wasn't broken? And now I can't access my usage into at all. Grrr
