Frequently unavailable, esp at night after their call centre closes at 9pm. App will tell you a data purchase is successful then ignore it and clear out your credit. Spark regard fixing this nonsense (if they're there) as a favour and One-Off even though it is their fault. Their staff are not usually aware of app updates to the point of being argumentative. A horrible app and phone "service". The socialiser add on is misleading: FB/Spotify still drain your main data frequently. NOTE THEY CAN TAKE TWO DAYS TO PROCESS A TOP UP PAYMENT.
Terrible telco Biggest rip off and over complicated. Too many sms reminders and BS. Cant wait to leave nz and jump off a cliff because spark loves to blatantly rip off their customers
It's impossible for me open up this app, because it ALWAYS comes back with the sentence "no WiFi" and yet ALL 4 WiFi bar's are showing. Even if I I use Data and there is great connection, IT DOESN'T WORK!!
Won't work Useless app, it's happy to take my money if I want to to up but as soon as I try to buy something it's all "sorry we can process that right now" don't download this app, read all the 1 star reviews
Eating money!!! Never had data turned on but always taking money saying data been used even though it says 0MB used. Takes away money each day as well.. Spark should do something about it. Very disappointed!
