Sorry, but this is a terrible app. It does not remember your password, despite the offer to. It logs you out if you hit 'back' so you have to continually log in again to see your tickets - you get stressed as it says you have no upcoming events, even if you definitely do! It won't save your login to your secure fingerprint. And... it often just crashes....... Very frustrating 😕

Can't access tickets that were shared to me. When I went to use the help email it bounced back so no good. Even after I managed to get through finally for some help. Still struggled to access tickets.Pretty blimmin' useless! Would not recommend.

Went to the website to download my tickets and it doesn't work. So I downloaded this app to do it, and it doesn't work. I log into Google Pay on the app, then I have to close the window. Then when I choose the ticket to download I have to log in again. I've had to buy a number of event tickets from Ticketek and none of them go smoothly. I've managed to get into all of the events eventually but getting in is always a lot more hassle than it should be. What's going on people?
