Ratings and reviews

Used trademe for years and love it, but the app is now very buggy and not nice to use. Minimizing to another app to compare prices/check emails, etc, causes trademe to freeze and need to be restarted. When bidding on listings in the last 2 mins, if you leave the auction window, the item is no longer visible on your watchlist, so you can't place any more bids unless you can find it again in the main search.. I hope they get it fixed soon so it's more enjoyable to use again

Stupid App. I need to book a courier to Australia. App has the country of Australia listed as an shipping option but no Australia addresses, therefore you cannot proceed in booking a courier. BUG: Cannot calculate "best courier costs" for an item that I've listed for sale. Options are greyed out (blue button). Also cannot reorder images when editing a listing. Have to delete and re-upload.

Update from early Mar is bad too. Still have the same problem and can't win any bid because no real time updates on the bids. And many listings can't see the category they were listed. Update from 24 Feb 2026 is BAD, app doesn't refresh when you try to refresh it, so you don't have the actual time and bid updates. And everything in the "Lost" list that was sold would have "no reserve" under the sold price as if it was not sold. Not happy with it so far, worse than previous versions of the app.
