Ratings and reviews

Systems upgrade has been going on for a year and has broken features like automatically sending out payment details. Can never find my payment details to send to a buyer when they complain they didn't automatically receive them. Won't let me list on the app (only on desktop), then will create 2 auctions for the 1 item. Often I can't add shipping details. It automatically removes my auction images. Support have tried to help but never fix the issues. I'll have to shut my account.

I've been using the Trademe app for a while now, but lately, I've encountered a major issue while searching for cars. Despite the app stating that there are around 600 cars matching my search criteria, it only shows 30 results and won't load any more. This makes the search experience incredibly frustrating, as I can't view all the available options. It seems like there's a bug or glitch preventing the app from displaying the full list. And will update with more stars when they fix this issues.

Most of the time, this works OK. But re-listing an item keeps everything *apart* from the reserve price. Twice I re-listed something and have lost out due to selling under the original listing's reserve, which I thought had been applied. Also, I can't make a suggestion through the app itself as my default mail client (Proton) tells me "attachment not found" and the "To" field is empty. Why. ot make thumbs a form?
