Fix it please. I don't like complaining about a free service, but this app is unusable. So much great content but I can't watch any of it, unfortunately it's all just "oops, something went wrong, please try again later". It can take up to half an hour to get something to play, constantly reinstalling the app, turning tv on and off, even then I dare not pause a show if it does eventually play because it won't work after I un-pause it. Based on the bad reviews it's not just my problem.

The jump forward/back option has gone, frustrating if you missed what happened and want to go back, or want to go forward. The casting feature drops far too quickly, when watching a series the next episode doesn't play automatically. A charming new feature I discovered is the inability to turn off audio descriptions, there should be a setting where it can be turned off permanently as it is unable to be turned off in the player. I've taken to using a device with the older, not updated app.
