Frequently fails to notify when my free hour is about to end so that I waste the rest of my carryover data that is saved for EMERGENCIES. (Notifications are also 100% ON.) And then also never lets me check my balance despite there being no reason for any "errors." If I could give this horrible app negative stars I would, it feels like such a scam.

For a number of days I haven't been able to use free hour of data which being a beneficiary is very handy. I have tried everything asked have been with actual tech support & they're saying it's Oppo problem when people with other phones more powerful than mine are having the same problem. I would appreciate that it gets a fix I can't afford it not to get it fixed grey screen can't move any of prompts sound familiar it should since it happens year after year reading reviews.

This same issue was happening 3 months ago. Holiday weekend now. Seems like a convenient time for the old 'resolved' bug to pop up again. When loads of people are out and about sharing hot spots for their kids. Previous review March 2026: Same problem as others in recent reviews. The app worked up until very recently, it's now greyed out when you open it and you can't interact with it. One of the reasons people choose 2degrees is the data clock feature. I'd say get it fixed, FAST.
