Easy to use app. Makes it much easier to book online without even thinking of waiting in the line. The background is black in the new updated app, and the only thing is if we can change the background colour as we like. Rest all perfect. I love using the app.

Created two accounts in the past for this app, cannot sign into either. This app has something fundamentally wrong with it where accounts aren't accessible once created. Pressing the "forgot password" feature leads me to a prompt saying that no account is using my emails.. trying to create a new account with either of the two emails, leads to the error saying the emails are already in use. Come on! Passwords are 100% correct and will not allow me in.

I've used Hoyts app for years and it was great! But the latest update is a nightmare. I was unable to login for weeks because the code never arrived to my email. Now I want to check the movies and it says location is disabled so no cinemas are shown. Location is activated and permission given to the app to use it. Still it doesn't work. Even without location, there should be the option to select multiple cinemas as before. The app is unusable.
