This app has a confusing user interface, is strangely difficult to navigate, and - if you miraculously find your way to a payment screen - invariably shows an error processing your credit card. Despite the error message, however, the purchase actually does go through. Unfortunately it takes hours to send a confirmation email, so... awful. I actually complained to the theatre staff and tech support. I even provided screen shots. They have done exactly nothing to fix it. The app is therefore 100% useless. Too bad, because the theatre is actually okay (except when the servers steal your change... which has happened three times).
Does not work... always have issues... can never use it for movie times or tickets... and I do go to thier theaters a lot... no pun intended...i just use the website instead...

Terrible app: double charges, slow loads This app is terrible so is their website. I've been double charged, app crashes often, pages are slow to load and movie times aren't updated to reflect whether they've changed them at the front office (I've had to call to verify times and then buy in store). They really need better programmers.
Just the thing I love going to the Lot, it is probably the best cinema theater in all San Diego. Excellent for a date night, dining at the awesome restaurant and drinks at the bar.
