Seat selection is a chore First of all, I didn't want to download the app, but the website was having issues. Upon launching, I was prompted with a login screen, so I tried to login. Nope. So, I skipped the step. It took a while to load show times for the theater and when I went to pick an open seat, it wouldn't register my selection. I was able to FINALLY select a seat by repeatedly tapping the screen. Galaxy, please hire better developers.
Every time I hop on to try and order tickets, the movies never show up and is always shutting down!
Keeps crashing. As much as I hate to purchase tickets in advance (I'm more of an impulsive moviegoer), the local theater went to all-luxury seating, which means many fewer seats in each theater. Now that I pretty much HAVE to purchase in advance, this app is worthless; crashes every time. Seriously, Galaxy, fix this.
Log in issues It won't let me log in. Keeps telling me to check my username and password, but when I log in on the website with the same information there is no issue at all. This needs to be fixed.
Doesn't show all movies It's great when it works, but I've had to get my gf to order tickets from her app sometimes because mine will either not show the movie I want and know is available, or it just won't load any movies at all. The app seems to work fine on gf's phone. I have a galaxy s6, she has a lg g3
Double Charged Me I selected one movie and proceeded to purchase and then I saw that it charged me for the second one as well.
- In earlier releases, movies shown on the app were incorrectly populated when using the Cinemas Near Me slider. This has been resolved.
- If no show times were displayed for the current day, the next available session could only be accessed by scrolling through each date. This has been resolved.
- In earlier releases, cinema image tiles could only be used to access location details. Now, navigation has been enhanced so that sessions can be directly accessed through cinema tiles.
