Biggest gripe is that you can't pick seats with one seat separating your group from another. Says it's not allowed. But if I'm at the theater, I don't get that restriction. If I get to pick from available seats and there is a booking fee, there should not be a restriction forcing me to sit next to someone if I don't want to. I understand u want to maximize sales, but my purchase is guaranteed, the others aren't. And people know that if it's a good flick and u buy tix at last minute, u may be split up. Don't punish me for a seat that may or may not sell. Login works fine. Purchases go thru fine. QR scan code is great to speed up ticket pick up. This app or computer almost required to be able to get tickets early enough to get seats that aren't right in front of screen.
What happened Useful when I need tickets and not by a computer or whatever, but what happened to being able to spend rewards points on tickets when purchasing, haven't seen option since last update. Edit: broken when having server issues-cannot contact cinemas
Amazing I went to galaxy theaters and i was so amazed on how good of service they have for all there guest. The seats are amazing and was surprised to see beer and wine being sold here. I will never go any where else only galaxy. I was also helped by a manager named johnny who has amazing customer service and the bar crew was amazing Very well trained on how to greet customers and they all went out there way for me. I never been treated this good at a movie theatre before Galaxy theatres is the best theatre period
Used to be 2.50 and that was rediculous.... now almost $5!! aside from that the app was good but takes FOREVER TO LOAD EVERYTHING. I used to use it to buy my tickets I will only be using it to see what's playing now.
Works fine. It only shows what is playing right now, which is fine, but why can't you show future movie releases? Theater tells me future releases. Why doesn't the app?
Log in Problem Says my PW is wrong. Won't let me reset my PW, says my email address is not on file. But if I try to create a new acct w/ same email address, says it's already in use. !!! No Help or Contact option. Frustrating.
