I un-installed, refuse to use. Spins on opening screen after asking to update. This app does not show up needing to be updated in play store. I open and says to update. STILL HAPPENS 9/22, 6/23, 2/24(still get prompt and Uninstalled several) . Just spins and won't open. Just Uninstalled and reinstall, first thing it pops up is to update. I have screenshots. It has been months of this. 1/23, now 2/24, same issue. Absolutely trash and unusable. Gone for good now. Bye

Hi there, we apologize for the difficulty you experience while using the app. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your device. If you are using Wifi on your smartphone, try turning it off and using cell data instead. Email us at customerservice@mjrtheatres.com if the issue continues, and explain what issues you are experiencing.

As others have stated months ago. There has been a problem with this app for over a year now. It spins and asks you to update every time you open it. Plus, none of the trailers load. They all show error. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not resolve the issue. You need better UAT testing. My phone is Galaxy Android if that helps.

Like other users, can't log in the way it instructs. It's May & the same issue doesn't appear to have changed since I couldn't log in a month ago. Currently waiting patiently for developers to respond. To be fair, this is my first time sending an SOS! **Update *I've been contacted by the developers and they were able to straighten out my issue very quickly. Even though I am a registered member, I showed up unregistered. So far so good, app is bigger & brighter! Changed my rating. I love the app!
