Problems..... I just got a new phone and installed the new Santikos app because we go to the movies quite often. Well, the new app keeps saying to check email address and password. I tried to sign in about 20 times. There is no place to make a new account or to retrieve my password. I've closed the app to see if it would fix the problem and tried again but it does the same thing over and over. It just says check email address and password but won't let me do anything about it. Please help me if you can!

RIP OFF!!! DO NOT USE THIS APP This app is useless and a waste of your time and money.....the app owners charge $5 for the convenience of the app double charging your card....then when you call to receive a refund the supervisor will not call back....I have been waiting a day and a half for a phone call back and two messages later still nothing.....the app double charging me and still nothing......WHAT A RIP OFF
Do NOT use this app Tried to buy tix, it told me twice that there was a problem with my connection when i paid. But the transaction did go through and i ended up buying the same movie twice. Dont use this app!
Need improvement"! Y'all got some of the best theater in town" apps quality not suppose to be this bad" tho it got the job done" will be better after add some improvements! In app designing regal are beating y'all"! Hurry"! This app haven't been update seems last year"!!!
