I subscribed to the points+ and the app will not allow me to redeem my free tickets. keeps giving me an error message saying third party transactions require a valid membership card. How is my membership not valid when they are taking $9.99 out of my bank automatically every month? There is no way to contact any kind of support to assist with any issue other than giving them your name and email and wait for someone to get around to responding to you. It is ridiculous and unprofessional.

The app doesn't work at all. Doesn't matter what troubleshooting I do, what internet connection I have, etc., it will not sign me into my account. There's a constant error about it having trouble connecting to the server, and this has been going on for months. Please fix it 🙏

Old version was glitched and would sometimes eat your points temporarily. New version doesn't even work, clicking available times leads to a error page, and you can't even click the times if it's less than an hour to the showtime...
