As a VIP member, it's frustrating when the app times out on your ticket selection with subscription, locking you out from making any additional purchases that week. It happens almost every other showing I go to. It'd be an awesome app otherwise, but this makes the experience a chore. A cinema employee even admitted it as a known bug a few months ago. I hope a fix goes in soon.

When it works, I love this app however there is been a couple of times where there's been a glitch and it has not completed my transaction.. the last two or three times it seems to have worked fine so I believe they got glitches worked out... I also love the fact that I can order food from the app and have it delivered to my seat.
