Well to start off don't expect the old NCG Rewards this is quite scaled-back. The app itself is not super high-tech or anyting but it does have movie listings and will get you your points for free stuff or essentially a discount or cash back. If you are a moviegoer and you go to NCG this is must have all the way!

The old app was better. I have one theater near me. I only want to see what's playing at that theater. I'm not interested in the others. I have my theater choosen and it still shows the other showings. I also can't use a gift card to purchase tickets through the app. I have been going to NCG in my area since it opened 18 years ago. You have changed to rewards system atleast 3 times. The current system is not bad but I just don't like the way the app works.

I have tried and tried to make an account. I've asked for help at NCG cinema locations with zero assistance. It's very frustrating. I used to get rewards and points for purchases; no more. I wish there were different cinema options near our location but unfortunately we are stranded with the NCG standard.
