Apps good but... The app itself is awesome nice design and layout, reasonably fast. But the widget needs to be updated it doesn't work well with the new My Flex plan and it needs to be resized because the data always gets cut off.
Credit card details I cannot change my old credit card details with the new one. I have called the call centre and they asked me to give them my user ID and password for the app so they could login on behalf of me and update my card details. I'm sorry but i don't want to give my password. Thank you for the response but I still cannot update my new credit card details!!
Below average App is clunky, and difficult to navigate. To top it off vodafone push fibre Internet but can't even access my Internet usage via the app. . . Vodafone say the app cannot do fibre Internet. Instead customers are directed to the "customer zone" which appears to be a website from 1999, it is terrible to use and not mobile friendly. Seriously vodafone sort it out. . . I thought we where in 2017 now
Has never worked properly App always shows the same number of GB are left on home broadband and phone. Have asked Vodafone in store but they say to phone the helpline, which is a hideous, on-hold- forever, overseas call centre.
The App! Been with Vodafone for years have no plans of changing I get that updates sort out the bugs but Why so many ? Its the most updated app on the phone and I don't like that it uses a lot of data that we pay for the deals may look great but their the ones reaping the benefits of our data??? Get some better programmers that might help merry Xmas to all
The app itself is ok, the user screens are bright and bold. The layout is fine, although not easy to navigate and find things first time. I do have an issue though, I'm on prepaid 29 and while it works fine as a plan, when I try to look at my out of plan spend on minutes (not covered by plan) I get the message there is 'no spend to show for this period'. Now I know that's not right as my balance of 'spare' (for out of plan spend) money has gone down. Also, the fantastic Friday swipe down isn't working (my phone is perfectly fine), it comes up with the swipe down message, which you can swipe, but then the 3 question marks will not swipe and work at all. Overall an average app I don't mind using, but could be improved in functionality.
