Can't go into plan&add ons. This has been a few weeks now and nobody is able to fix this yet a lot of people having the same issue here. So annoyed by this and seriously thinking about moving to Spark. Is there someone who knows how to fix this?
Was working fine until recently. Now i cant view my bill or pay it . I hope i dont get a late fee since the app seems to be having issues with all of us. Im glad its not just me. Tue 13 June - Glad to see that it has been fixed! :) I'm happy now.
like previous user. cannot use my add-on and contacted the support centre. didn't even give me my reference2 number. and Noone contact me in 3days. going on the website is not the solution. btw I works on my old Samsung s5. only can't use it on my new Samsung s8plus. get it fixed please. your app is suppose to make life convenient not more difficult. Just tried what you suggested. My Add-on still doesn't work.
It's a bit complicated but I will find my way around just getting use to Vodafone it's just every thing has changed now. But you guys have some awesome deals loving it. xox
Generally a good app for managing the accounts for the phones in the family. Recently started having problems when topping up pre-pay phones. It does not show me the credit card I have saved from the website, and instead requires me to save a new credit card - at this point I just close it and go to the website :(
Can't access account info or add-ons. I'm currently overseas and have just run out of data, and cannot add any more data to my plan due to this not working and having no access to a computer. Very unimpressed, sort it out Vodafone!!!!
