This app is terrible. I'm not sure why they thought it was a good idea to change the whole app and make it to something that isn't usable. Is there even staff for app maintenance? because it definitely doesn't seem like it. 95% of the time it doesn't work and the only thing I see is "good afternoon" on the home screen. How am i supposed to keep track of monthly data usage. This new app also doesn't memorise your card so you have to enter it every time you top up. fix this bs Vodafone. I'm not paying for amateur mistakes like these.

This app is incredibly secure. It's a single use app. Login, use once, close all and it automatically logs you out. However, sometimes this security system fails, and the app will open, but it's ok, the UI is removed so no information can be obtained. The correct way is to install, use once, uninstall, use it once, and uninstall. This security system is so secure they don't even tell you how it works, you have to figure it out yourself. OOPS! I spilled the beans!

every other app I have doesn't get stuck on the loading screen like this one does, I've reported this multiple times to the one nz company but nothing comes of it, I'm always put onto some customer service rep and the problem is never solved, I don't know what else to tell you people, it doesn't load past the loading screen when I put in my login details, and my details aren't wrong because it tells me if they are. I'm seriously considering going to your competitors. They're probably cheaper.
