Just a pain Wouldn't process payment, just hung with Guardian assessing message, wouldn't let me log out. Had to crash out and re-load app. Have had numerous other problems with logging in and transactions. Rang help (not!) to be told there are no reported problems. Then I read the reviews!! Don't you guys listen to your customers?
Login Issues Since the latest update (before today's date of 25/11/15) I've been having login problems. The customer ID & password is correct but error saying sign in info can't be retrieved is really annoying. Please fix ASAP.
Good I like the app, it's easy to use, but it frustrates me that you can't take screenshots! I paid someone for something and couldn't show them proof that I did it because when I try screenshot, it says it's protected by DRM?
Slow app poor update Very slow app especially when on transferring or paying menu, very poor design on small buttons and is just not user friendly., , the old Westpac one app was soo much better and working fine!!! please update or revert to older design
Frustration.. I've changed the bank coz I can't use your app. Honestly you should hang your IT guy and hire one from ANZ.
Error messages when logging on I love this app but for the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to log on due to error messages. Really frustrating!!
