App is OK, but not exactly intuitive. Also - how do you contact someone about possible lost property in a zoomy?
Tried to sign up. The app said it couldn't complete the request- with no explanation. Tried again and it now says my email address is already linked to an account (it's not). Sort the bugs.
It crashes all the time when I open the app....
The most fuckall app
App needs some serious work. It doesn't appear to obey any Android design principles (or iOS for that matter) with bizarre early 2000s curves and bevels all over it. It also has some serious issues with input; it doesn't seem to respect autocorrect changes (i.e. change to suggested word on space, remove accidental periods etc). UX is not great with parts of the UI disappearing or just not working. Also the accuracy of GPS for the pickup is terrible; my driver drove past me thinking I was at the other end of the block (my pickup location in app was where I was standing on ordering but it seems the driver is given a pretty imprecise guide to pickup). I'll give it another chance in a few months but for now, back to Uber I go.
