I downloaded the app and tried to book for a few days away. There was no option to book and all of a sudden I had a driver 1 minute away and I wasn't even in that city! So I tried to cancel but couldn't work out how to. Then the driver called me as he had arrived and I wasn't there. He was happy to not charge me. I will try again when I am in the city and hope my experience is good and as quick as tonight's pick up was!

I just downloaded the app. I wanted a ride today, got notification that the driver was 10 minutes away. As I waited, I got another notification that driver was canceled. I did that with a second and third driver, both 10 minutes away, then both canceled. In the end, after wziting for nearly 20 minutes, I opted for another alternative. It was unreliable for a first try.

new to the app. I have recently been put on acc, Not an option to use the app with the order number provided by acc... would be a good option for the app to include this feature. unless there is. please advise. I put 5 stars, I have no real views yet so cant give less.
