Disruption alerts and info - Want to be kept up to date when services change? We’ll let you know when your frequently used routes or stops are disrupted, based on your travel using registered AT HOP cards. Or you can subscribe to the specific routes you use, at the time of day you usually travel.

Ratings and reviews

This morning app failed to show the train I intended to take, but when I reached the station ( I was 5 mins early) the 8.05 train still missed out from even being an option on the app, but was clearly an option on the electronic board at the station, felt like giving the app 1 star. (Yes, I had my destinations marked correctly and app was up to date on play store)

great service except for the very laggy bis tracking system as well as the schedules sometimes being very wrong. i also wish I could see my at hop card amount just from this app rather then on another website

The app never tracks properly, never updates any cancelations on time (It just says its coming in 1min and then disappears). topping up your card redirects you to a web page. Google maps does a better job of finding the route and cancelations. There just doesn't seem to be a reason to use the app ?
