Disruption alerts and info - Want to be kept up to date when services change? We’ll let you know when your frequently used routes or stops are disrupted, based on your travel using registered AT HOP cards. Or you can subscribe to the specific routes you use, at the time of day you usually travel.

Train Line Status - Check how your train line is running before you head to the station, for any disruptions or delays.

it's so good now., I recently had to the take a trip from otahuhu to Greenlane Hospital. Being the weekend there was no Hospital bus. so I had to Catch 4 Bus's I was dreading the journey but it was actually a great experience. I literally had minimal wait times between serves less that 5 minutes and the directions where clear and easy to follow. thank you AT.

I can't top up. I select the $20 top up option and it tells me to confirm in my banking app. However, my banking app says to confirm a payment of $0. I select that and go back to AT which says payment unsuccessful, so I'm just driving to work.

lately been having issues opening up the app in the morning. No matter how long I wait for it to load, it just doesn't. As someone who relies on public transport, it's extremely inconvenient not being able to see my bus and train routes.
