It keeps telling me my login is incorrect. I know it's not because I logged into the website with the exact same details. Also, there's no support feature so I can't send a message letting the devs know the app is broken.
Never actually works. Has seemingly cool features which would be great if they worked. Always get the "oops we're unable to process the request message". Absolute waste of time.
It just doesn't work. Can't log in using the normal credentials that work on the website (I was migrated to the new billing system this week). Also, even if I could login, there is apparently no information on our mobile plan usage, which is what I want most. Very disappointing.
Click reset password, receive password reset email. Link inside email directs to a page where I need to log in. Useless
Plz add mobile function so that we can keep track of mobile usages too
