Good app overall, but I find it laggy as hell when viewing the map of a quake that's had more than a couple of hundred felt reports. My last phone was a Samsun S6, and my current phone is a Oneplus 5 - which is no slouch, with 6GB RAM, and Adreno 540 GPU. But zooming on a 5.6 quake is near impossible!?! Would love to know why.
** Latest update has fixed the problem - thanks Geonet! ** After working perfectly for a long time, it's now suddenly telling me that there's been no earthquakes in NZ for the last year - we all know that's not true. Have reinstalled it but still broken - can you fix it please?
For the last month, I've received rare and random notifications whereas it worked perfectly before. I've emailed twice for help at the address given but no acknowledgement even received. I've reinstalled several times. Still no joy. Help please! I want to continue being informed and ready!
Notification on my Moto g locked phone screen truncates message. Location name is not displayed because message has too many characters. I can send u a screen shot.
Really damn good app - Especially in NZ, after a quake I instantly go to this and see what magnitude it is etc. Only compliant i have is that if too many people have reported a quake then it become impossible to move the map
Felt a quake, house was rattling and no notification whatsoever
