Autosuggestion is a psychological technique developed at the beginning of the 20th century. This is not a medical treatment or hypnotize activity but a way to emphasize self believe to change personal behavior.
Sometimes I wish I can do that better, sometimes I wish I can speak nicely, sometimes I wish I have courage to deal with it, and sometime I wish... There are always something we want to improve but we were just afraid or not capable to make it better! Now, give yourself a chance and give yourself some hint to make you better.

This APP provides 5 default sample suggestions, and you can make your own suggestions if it is not what you want.There are 3 different ways for you to take the suggestion: Play it now, sleep play and daily play.
Play it now: You can hear the selected suggestion immediately when you press the button.
Sleep play: Most people can accept hint while sleeping, and it is a great opportunity to implement the suggestion into your mind when the brain alpha wave starts. The alpha wave will starts when you go into deep sleep and it will stopped at REM as a cycle, and you will go through many sleep cycle in a night. Different people may have different lead time into deep sleep and different time length for sleep cycle. Try to set the sleep lead time to 30 and the sleep cycle time to 90, 2 cycles maybe for the beginning. Press the sleep now button and lay down on your bed to sleep. The APP will start feeds you the suggestion you selected when you go into deep sleep and your mind will accept it. Use a headset if you are not sleep alone to avoid it wakes someone else. Adjust the sleep lead time and cycle time if you found the APP wake you up!
Daily Suggestion: You can set 3 different time in a day to play the suggestion, such as you are on the bus for work in the morning, take a break after lunch or when you are jogging in the evening. The APP will play the suggestion if the autoplay was checked or send you a notification if you don't want it play automatically.
The best way to have a suggestion to yourself is make your own suggestion! You are the only one in the world know what is deep inside your heart want to change! So record your own suggestion, speak your own suggestion calm and nice, believe what you are saying when you record it. Play the recording to ensure it is what you want, and, save it. Use it as your own suggestion.
If you don't know how to make a suggestion, we provide 20 examples for you, and maybe one of them is just what you need. It may help you to get better shape, release tense for better sex experience, successful diet and believe yourself more etc. Anything cause by mind may got some benefit by autosuggestion.

Daily play do not start automatically after system reboot. Solution: After reboot, please check the daily play you want again.
