Error in connection log Someone please help get this app working properly. I am positive it is not the cameras but if this app won't work I will return the cameras. Without the app these cameras are worthless. Thank you
User ID password issues on android I have this app installed on my iPhone & iPad and no problems but for android phone the password field does not accept symbols.
Good but buggy When using the one step connection this app does not support any special characters such as * for the WiFi password. I had to use an iOS device loaded with this app to connect the camera to my WiFi. Once the camera was connected, all other features were reasonable. I primarily view and control the camera using Surveillance System app on a Synology NAS, which support ONVIF.
What a piece of junk and waist of money This app make the camera junk does not work going to return It won't conect..
Problems with connecting to knewmart camera. Can connect to camera thru internet so must be the app that doesn't work.
