Totally disappointed after the October update. Can't do anything on the app. Can't check the balance or make any purchase or recharge. After each click the annoying new Limited time offer comes. For adding some international minutes I had to go to net find the offer and add using the dialpad shortcuts. Tried to uninstall and reinstall with no difference. Do something please.

The SIM activation process from 4G to 5G is very slow. It usually takes 24 hours or more to get activated, which needs to be improved."
