Their customer service really sucks. Unless you upgrade to Pro they won't help with a problem. They just refer you to a help page with few answers. So if you have a serious problem, like logging in and can't upgrade to Pro, they won't help and you've lost the program and all of your passwords. Update. Their response is not correct.. I knew my master password but after an update it would no longer work. I emailed them many times but was constantly told that they would not help unless I was a Pro customer.. I could not upgrade to Pro status because the app would work. I ended up losing all password data.. they refuse to admit that it might be a problem with their program and would not help at all. In fact they would not answer the emails personally and only sent back pre-recorded responses This was a horrible experience and I'm glad I terminated and went somewhere else. I would never recommend this program to anyone. It was good when it worked but if you have a problem forget about it.

Not true. We had been helping this user regardless. He forgot both his master password & 4 digit PIN. We make it very clear both in app & docs, master password is your secret & without it nobody can decrypt your records including us. This provides 100% security. He couldn't remember master password hence this negative review. App works as designed.

I've been locked out of my account since the last update, have followed all the recommended advice in the FAQ section unsuccessfully, then attempted to email for further assistance only to be told after repeated attempts that there was an error; if the owner of the site, check the logs. I am completely lost without all the info stored in this app and am NOT pleased! Beware!!

I have the Pro version (and willingly pay for it) and loved it...until today. When I set the Pro version up I chose to open with a pin instead of password. Today I tried to open my app and it won't take me to pin sign up. It's asking for my master password which I can no longer retrieve because it was saved on a laptop that is no longer functioning. Hopefully tech support can help me.
