This is a great little RPG. It has simple mechanics that give the game depth without making it too complicated. My only concern is about it's length. I have only been playing the game for an hour or two, and I have already unlocked all of the characters besides the ninja and have gotten most of the artifacts. Otherwise, great game.
Pretty fun, quick dungeon crawler! The art's really nice and minimalist. Really, the only complaint is have is that there's no autosave between floors, since I only get to play for a few minutes at a time. However, the latest update added full-screen ads that play sound despite the game itself being set to mute. I'd have been fine with the annoying banner ads, but full-screen are the worst.
Forced fullscreen ads? I really enjoy the game and it's simple yet complex design. It's really fun. However; I'm rating 2 stars because whenever I finish a game I'm forced to watch a 30s full screen ad that I can't even use hover widgets to ignore. This breaks the flow of the game and makes me want to not play it. I'm okay with the banners, but forced full every time I play a game is just intrusive and unforgivable for such an enjoyable arcade game.
Controls Alright listen. The game is fun. Its art: amazing. But the controls man. The controls. Theyre insanely frustrating. Its come to the point where i sometimes skip turns because i have to hole THEN swipe to move. A D-pad would probably be better to use. Theres plenty of roomin the bottom right and bottom left for arrows or a joy stick. Other then that the games great, but -2 stars for hard to use controls
Smashing minimal gameplay that kept me coming back for more. Simple mechanics, but in a way that doesn't make it boring. 5th star missing because on the second and subsequent runs with a given character, ads are so intrusive that I would only play it on airplane mode. Won't be buying the developers a beer, would have otherwise.
Fun little time killer Been playing this for like an hour. Pixel art is nice to look at and gameplay doesn't take too much concentration. Only thing is that the first few levels are always boring.
When you purchase "3-bit color mode", remove banner ads and popup ads.
