I would have given it 5 stars,but it's customer service and support system is very Bad. I have been trying to solve a credit card verifying issue but no one is supporting. In it's whatsapp service if you ask for the help, they just say that your issue has been escalated, but they never solve it in real.

This is the worst application I have ever used. My very first transaction got stuck in pending status, and now my money is blocked. Because of this delay, my CIBIL score may be affected if my payment is not completed on time. The app claimed that the first transaction was free, but I was still charged. Even after taking the charges, my payment is still pending. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I will never use this app again, and I strongly advise others not to use it. Ple
