I guess it's the same thing as the last rewards app I had. Cashed out once, then stopped tracking. Customer support is of no help, so don't waste your time reaching out to them. From testing both cellular data and wifi to rebooting the app, nothing works to get it back on track, so I assume that's how they reel others in. Uninstalling and not recommended.

Cashy was amazing. And then they did something where the minimized the amount of points you could get. I don't know, but now earning points is extremely slow and honestly a waste mine and everyone else's time. And also I can't unlock new games and apps to try even though I've downloaded all the apps they provided. It's been like that for months.

Cashed out once, then after that the game quit counting coins and tracking game play. Get the same response from customer service about internet connection and how you have to play longer to accumulate coins and get new challenges. Played a month and no new challenges and game play percentage counter never changed, as if frozen in time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted and still no resolve. I'm assuming they don't plan on fixing the problem.
